Key Deliverables
• Controller of group financial and accounting operations,
• Monitoring and controlling of receivables, payables, treasury and inventory due diligently for whole group.

Key Deliverables
• Performing financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends, and assessing the financial health of the company.
• Overseeing the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training, and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
• Handling money transfers, deposits, and POS receipts. Maintaining oversight of cash flow projections and bank reconciliations on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
• Accountable for creating, monitoring, and analysing budgets; analysing monthly P&L; advising measures to concerned cost and revenue centres; and running restaurants and new projects.
• Filing required tax forms regularly (VAT, WH, etc.). Working in tandem with third-party auditors to ensure annual Zakath reports are filed on time
• Responsible for handling supplier payments and following up with the accounts receivable accountant to guarantee timely receivables collection.
• Supervising the preparing quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitoring and enforcing compliance with tax and financial reporting standards, and reporting with cash flow forecasting.
• Advising colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances.
• Supervising the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts.
• Mediating between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders, and investors on financial issues for the amicable resolution of differences.
• Creating strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts.
Key Deliverables:
• Reviewed financial statements and reported on any errors or anomalies in accounting methodology
• Established and maintained effective working relationships with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders such as attorneys and external parties such as customers or suppliers
• Managed and supervised ERP Program for group accounting functions including local and oversaw companies, necessary internal audits within subsidiary companies, and administered proper closing of accounting periods and financial year of all subsidiary companies.
• Prepared standalone and consolidated financial statements for management reporting purposes
• Monitored cash flow to ensure that bills are paid on time and that there is enough money available to cover upcoming expenses
• Prepared reports on company performance including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses
• Reviewed financial records, contracts, and other documentation to determine the accuracy and completeness of data
• Led internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls within subsidiary companies for risk management
• Conducted research to identify new accounting methods or procedures which could improve the efficiency or effectiveness of operations
• Identified issues with accounting processes or procedures that could lead to future errors or misinterpretations of data
Key Responsibilities:
• • Oversee daily accounting activities, manage bank accounts and reconciliations, prepare quarterly and yearly management reports
• Review and sign all journal entries and payment vouchers to ensure proper coding and accounting direction and proper documentation, as well as adherence to the company policies and procedures.
• Review and approve L/C applications and advises submitted by purchase and sales departments.
• Maintain a control sheet for all prepaid expenses and prepare the journal entries for the monthly amortization of prepaid expenses to the respective cost centers.
• Recording additions and disposals for fixed assets as well as running the monthly depreciation for the fixed assets.
• Ensure the accuracy of suppliers, subcontractors, advances, retention accounts by following up the payable accountants.
• Ensure an accurate and timely monthly and year end close.
• Coordinate with Auditors for interim and annual audits.
Duties & Responsibilities Performed:
Recording daily sales revenue, Batch posting of petty cash disbursements.
Managing Cash Collection and Bank deposits
Preparing Accounts receivables aging reports and follow up for prompt collection.
Monthly payroll processing and management of employee personal accounts.
Monthly reconciliation of Bank, Supplier and Customer Statements.
Monthly inventory reconciliation and preparation of cost sheets.
Fixed assets management and monthly allocation of depreciation.
Reporting to Chief Accountant and Finance Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities Performed:

Management of partnership accounts and dividend distribution.
Preparation of projected cash flow statements for each quarter.
Follow up for Sales Tax Auditing and Filing.
