Responsibilities:
o Developing and updating the company job descriptions as well as the
organization/departmental structures in cooperation with the OD section head and line
managers.
o Working with the OD section head in executing the performance management system,
ensuring the identification of the individual training needs.
o Consult, Create and implement with Management and other leadership to identify OD
programs to support organization goals.
o Identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks and performance target.
o Lead employee engagement activities.
o Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational
goals.
o Participating in the HR committee used for evaluating the jobs.
o Collecting information about the market regarding the salary ranges and using the data in
creating the grading system and salary structure.
o Recording all changes in the HR scorecards and ensuring the system is updated.
o Conducting the needed visits to departments’ to ensure commitment for the OD systems
and giving the needed advice for improvement.
o Participating in the opinion surveys and making the analysis, providing and implementing
recommendations.
o Developing self, and maintaining knowledge in relevant field at all times.
o In addition to any other job related duties assigned by the OD section head.
