• Respond to urgent request from the higher management (i.e CEO, COO CMO)
• Responsible for the deployment and installation of IT asset in remote site
• Responsible for the creation of Windows Image, update windows to its latest version
• Respond the request on time in receive thru Online Request and coordinate with end-users and dispatch to technician
• Responsible for delegation of task to technician for location survey for the deployment of IT Equipment
• Use step-by-step procedure to install, diagnose and repair IT application problems (i.e. Microsoft Office issues, Non-medical and Medical applications etc.)
• Install and maintain Microsoft Windows and other PC based applications
• Responsible for taking any action thru received memos related to any IT Equipment request for management approval.
• In charge of the deployment and configuration of medical and non- medical IT hardware (i.e. Label printer, laptop and PC)
• Troubleshoot hardware and network related issues
• Cabling and termination of LAN network
• Testing of hardware and software before installation
• Supporting colleagues if there are challenges with computer and network devices
