● Maintaining the running condition of workstations.
● Maintaining computers and laptops used by the employees.
● Assisting IT Staff on making websites to be used in the company.
● Monitoring all the equipments borrowed by the employees.
● Doing reports about our daily assessments on the computers and laptops from on-
sites and main offices.
Responsible for communicating and giving information to the clients about their tax
refund issues. When and how much they’re going to receive their refund. Coordinating any
disputes to our superiors and giving them the assistance they need to understand the
process of how they’re going to get their tax refund.
