(Client/Master Developer)
Perform a lead role in managing the implementation of various projects.
Manage the Tender processes from initiation to award inclusive of tender queries, clarifications, techno-commercial evaluations, and final offers negotiation.
Manage, monitor, and oversee through my team of Project leads and Trade Engineers, the performance of the Consultants and the
Contractors in relation to the timely execution of the Projects in all technical, safety, commercial and legal aspects.
Dealing with major stakeholders, either internally like Senior Executives, operation, procurement, Contract, Project Control, Marketing, Facility Management and externally like Contractors,
Consultants and mainly state authorities (Electricity, Civil defense, MOI-CCTV, etc.)
Facilitate timely decisions to maintain projects schedules and budgets. Provide management with regular projects updates, maintain trusting
relationships.
(General Contractor)
Responsible for the engineering, construction, execution, and testing, and commissioning of all MEP systems.
Responsible for utilities (infrastructure) such as process piping, primary water lines, potable water supply, firefighting lines, chilled water lines,
irrigation lines, foul sewer and drainage, MEP building services, design review, and site installation, as well as the selection of materials based on the contract, drawings, and specifications.
Plan, supervise, and coordinate material handling, installation, testing, and commissioning in compliance with specifications, authorized shop
drawings, method statements, and contract milestones.
To avoid problems, coordinates differences between MEP designs and
architectural/structural drawings.
Control project milestones, risks and risk reduction, and project costs.
Review and approve shop drawings and revised plans submitted (for approval) by tenants and subcontractors.
Oversee construction and renovations and ensures compliance to building codes and project specifications.
Attend to tenants’ queries regarding construction and building requirements.
Review daily monitoring reports of MEP Equipment and Systems
Schedule preventive maintenance for equipment such as chillers, pumps, fans and motors, elevators and escalators, and generators.
