Supervisor-Quality Assurance & standards

1. Ensures that the Quality Control elements of the Quality System are properly established, implemented and Maintained
2. Verifies, by monitoring in the fields of Flight Operations that the standards required by the Authority, and defined by Company Policy and procedures are applied.
3. Ensures that the Quality System, as a whole, is described in outline within the Operations Manual and in the corporate Quality manual.
4.Classifies all documentation received from external regulatory agencies such as IATA/ ICAO and review for applicability to Royal Jordanian. and conduct a review to assure the receipt of all regulatory documents and manuals
5. Deals with the CARC regarding the JCARs and other regulatory matters, advising the Operations Management of the needs and means by which regulatory requirements are to be satisfied;
6. Comply with ISO 9001:2008 and Quality Management System for the flight operations department and make it up to date when required
7. Manages and Monitors audit schedules appropriate to the scale of Flight Operations and the range of Subcontractors whose work has an impact upon safety and regulatory compliance.
8. Ensures that preventive and corrective actions have maintained or re-established compliance with required regulatory or Company standards.
9. Ensures completion of training of flight ops staff and the enhancement of their skills and competences, including yearly staff appraisal.
10. Suggests improvements to working practices related to safety matters.
11. Follow up SAFA inspections and ensure that corrective action and preventive action closed for each item.
12.Ensure smooth and full implementation of IOSA.

Senior Officer Flight Dispatch (flight Operations) at Royal Jordainian Airlines
