I am a senior ERP responsible for managing and implementing Oracle and Microsoft Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Dynamics CRM 365 and Systems Integration products from initiation to closure, by continuously improving business processes and functionality, integrating sustainable IT solutions for the organization across ERP systems, JDE Edwards 9.1 and Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management system V2 as will Configuring and customizing the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365. Other responsibilities include;
• Leading or participating in the CRM 365 envision a design, architecture sessions with the clients, collecting and documenting infrastructure architecture, system design, ERD, business processes.
• Integrate CRM 365 with other ERP system using Web API, Logic App and Microsoft Flow.
• Configuring and customizing the Microsoft CRM 365 platform to achieve the customer’s business requirements.
• Strong database integration experience. Worked on analyzing data needs, identifying relational databases and coordinating the modeling.
• Lead ERP implementation/configuration including planning, system setup policies and rules, employee setup, data validation using Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
• Implementation of customization (Plugins, Custom Workflow, web-resources, etc.) related to Dynamics CRM ▪ providing support during and after project implementation.
• Perform Oracle - Utilities Work and Asset Management role (security, development).
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the integration of business systems and corporate applications into organizational information systems
• Perform Oracle JDE Edwards Enterprise One CNC role (security, development and analysis).
• Produce or modify and maintain reports required by corporate systems.
• Identifies and translates high level, conceptual Users needs into specifications of business requirements to guide application use activities.
• Support and link existing packaged (Kronos - Timekeeping application, ePCR, EMS emergency systems)
