Production Operations & Department Management
• Lead daily manufacturing operations across extrusion, injection molding, and assembly departments to ensure production priorities
are executed safely and effectively.
• Manage approximately 70 employees, including manpower allocation, shift follow-up, attendance coordination, task distribution,
and daily operational support.
• Monitor output, scrap trends, defects, downtime, and operational gaps; convert findings into practical follow-up actions with the
related teams.
• Coordinate production priorities between departments to maintain workflow continuity, reduce interruptions, and support timely
delivery of production plans.
• Provide hands-on support for extrusion start-ups, changeovers, process stabilization, line troubleshooting, and product
development trials.
• Follow up extrusion process conditions, product stability, output performance, and line readiness to maintain consistent production
quality.
• Follow up injection molding operations, machine readiness, mold/machine performance, issue escalation, and production
continuity.
• Coordinate with the assembly department to resolve operational issues and ensure a smooth connection between production
sections.
Maintenance, Installation & Continuous Improvement
• Coordinate with maintenance teams on breakdown follow-up, corrective actions, machine readiness, safe restart, and practical
improvements to reduce repeated downtime.
• Support line improvement activities, equipment adjustments, troubleshooting, and process optimization to strengthen production
stability.
• Supervised and supported installation, commissioning, and start-up of production lines/equipment received from the United States,
ensuring safe and stable handover to production.
Safety, Quality & System Follow-up
• Serve as a member of the Safety Committee, supporting plant safety activities, employee awareness, audit follow-up, and
corrective action closure.
• Conduct weekly and monthly safety audits and record findings, observations, and corrective actions in the company safety
management system.
• Follow up BBS observations, PPE compliance, housekeeping, JHA updates, and production-related corrective actions to promote
safe work practices.
• Coordinate with quality, purchasing, stores, and maintenance teams to resolve process interruptions, material shortages, quality
issues, and production risks.
