Located at the celebrated Burj Khalifa district, Damac Towers by Paramount is a hotel and residences focused mixed-use development project consisting of 4 towers with 2 basements, a ground floor, 8 podium floors and 54 floors reaching a height of 279 meters. In addition to a luxury hotel operated by Paramount with 250 keys, three of these towers are identical with luxurious residences.
Developed by DAMAC Properties, the region's leading luxury private developer, in collaboration with Paramount Hotel & Resorts, the project offers an ambience and reflection of the Hollywood glamour and California cool lifestyle, synonymous with Paramount Pictures over the past 101 years.

-Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities.
- Collaborating with Structural, Architectural, MEP, Formwork and post tension drawings; coordinating with steel rebar supplier for steel rebar delivery to site by submitting monthly track register.
- Creating monthly look ahead schedule for steel rebar subcontractors in the project.
- Attending project progress meetings, discussion and providing suggestions on the technical proposals.
-Following finishing activities at podium area, special finishing works at amenity floor with specialist subcontractor
