A German group of companies (gwk, KLH, termotek, Reisner, Merlin) specialists in spray lubrication systems, Industrial machineries, Industrial refrigeration, process cooling & heating systems and water treatment systems. (Such as Industrial Chillers, Industrial cooling plants, HVAC equipment, cooling towers, temperature controllers, temperature control units, softening and reverse osmosis systems, humidifying systems which are used in cold stores and warehouses, energy storage system, solar inverters, refineries, petrochemicals, packaging, plastic, rubber and metal processing, food, dairy & beverage processing industries, construction, and other industrial manufacturing applications)

 Develop proactive relationships with key customers to clearly understand their expectations and product's needs. Leverage these relationships to become a key supplier.
 Identify new business and revenue growth opportunities within the existing and new client base matched to real client needs to deliver sustainable growth.
 Support development and execution of the strategic marketing initiatives for MEA region to help achieve the growth goals for Technotrans business.
 Works to put in place long term agreements with target accounts. This to cover installation services, planned maintenance; call out services, spare parts.
 Provide "world class" technical support in areas of products selection, engineering seminars, design reviews, on-site consultation, and troubleshooting to customers
 Prepare account plans with short and longer term revenue goals to leverage the full potential of our range of solutions.
 Identify, develop and maintain an excellent knowledge and understanding of applications
 Provide accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasts to management as required.
 Negotiate with the customer, agree on commercial and technical terms and close the deal.
 Map installation specific sales potential based on, but not limited to, available product, services, upgrades and customer overhaul schedules.

The main customers handled (TABREED, EMPOWER, Dubai Municipality. Veolia, Metito, Corodex Industries, Mena water, Energy Services companies, Utilities and MEP Contractors)
 Identifying projects at design stage and targeting design consultants to get solutions and products specified.
 Monitoring and tracking progress of projects in Tender and contract stage.

A French Stockiest Company based in Jebel Ali in Dubai, is a major player in providing solutions of OCTG, Stainless, Alloy & Carbon Steel pipes, fittings, and valves for the EPC contractors in the field of oil and gas, chemicals, petrochemicals and infrastructure. The main customers handled are Hyundai Engineering, Hyundai Heavy Industries, Petrofac, Samsung Engineering, Fluor Corporation, Technip, etc.

 Receive enquires and study commercial & technical requirements for the project. Review of tender documents. Clarify with clients on commercial & technical queries during bidding stage.
 Prepare quotations and commercial offers in line with client’s requirements and TROUVAY & CAUVIN Terms of sales.
 Follow up of the offers and technical and commercial negotiation to ensure order is secured and margin is maximized. Order processing through company`s ERP system.
 Select local and overseas Suppliers for material sourcing. Issue enquires to mills / Suppliers in a professional manner and follow up on quotations from suppliers.
 Review of Supplier`s offer to ensure they are in line with the client`s requirements.
 Handle the Purchase Orders and send to Suppliers.
