Job Description:
• Calibration for HPLC, UV, Dissolution tester.
• Chemical and Physical Analysis for: 1- Finished Products.

• Responsible for the HPLC Analysis: 1- Assay and related impurities and content uniformity testing for finished products in different forms (Ampoule, cream, powder, vial, capsule and tablet)
2- Assay and related impurities testing for active pharmaceuticals ingredients.
3- Standardization for several active pharmaceuticals ingredients according to the USP, EP and BP pharmacopeias.
4- Cleaning verification samples Method validation procedure and testing using
HPLC.
• Working on three types of HPLC: 1-Dionex HPLC using chromelione software
2- Merck Hitache HPLC using Lachrom software.
3- Shimadzu HPLC using class VP software.
• -Analyzing products using too many instruments for APIs analysis such as:
1- Infrared Absorption Instrument: Identification test using Shimadzu Instrument.
2- Ultraviolet Absorption Instrument: -Assay testing using UV.
-Cleaning Verification Samples Method Validation Procedure and Testing.
-Identification tests comparing the maximum λ for sample and standard.
3-Titration procedures using: Memotitrator and Karl Fisher Titration for water content determination and manual
titration for some assay tests.
4-Physical Testing Instruments: Conductivity meter, pH meter, Optical rotation, Loss on drying and residue on ignition
tests.
• Working under GMP's and GLP's.
• Excellent knowledge in ICH requirements
4-Have the ability to manage the work of the analysts in the laboratories and to divide the work between them
5- Have the ability to solve any problem appears during the analysis process and to offer any help when it is needed
6-Checking reports according to GMPs and GLPs
