Design and supervision for MEP systems and works in buildings construction projects.
• Leading a team of twenty five employees and participating in the design, development, execution, supervision, and coordination of all technical aspects of field engineering assignments, including development of plans, schedules, contracts, procedures, and construction methods and systems.
• Reviewing the performance of subcontractors to assure contract compliance, the application of accepted construction technology and standards, and the acceptable standardization of materials and supplies.
• Maintaining first-level quality assurance to confirm that the work carried out is in accordance with the plans, specifications, and industry standards.
• Collaborating with construction management to eliminate any hazards associated with the work that may adversely affect the environment or the safety or health of employees.
• Ensuring that personnel of the assigned group engage in safe work practices in compliance with site-specific safety procedures and industry standards.
• Providing resolution for technical engineering problems within the assigned discipline(s); coordinating application of solutions.
• Providing periodical schedule and progress appraisal report to the Management and General Manager.
• Monitoring material procurement and deliveries to ensure timeliness in support of construction activities and schedule within the assigned discipline.

Responsible for coordination works for MEP activities on high rising towers buildings project.
Managing and controlling for engineering works on preparing and submitting MEP shop drawings and material submittal for consultant approval.
Managing and monitoring for Mechanical and Electrical installations on site and making sure that Progress going as per project schedule.
Managing and controlling for MEP materials requesting, storing and installing as per delivery dates matching with activities schedule and project plan.
Managing and controlling subcontractors shop drawings, materials delivering, installations, work progress and monthly paiments.
Reporting to project manager about all issues witch relate to engineering progress, design changes, variations, installations progress, problems and proposed solutions...etc.
