Working for CNBC in Dubai as a Transmission Supervisor.
responsible for overseeing the play-out center,
Day-to-day ingest to transmission according to our house standards in-line with the approved workflows and procedures.
Responsible for supervising TX Operators working to the highest industry standards.
Act as a vital link in the Play-out Center and involved in all stages of the transmission process and management.
Prepare the operational and technical daily supervisory reports
Logging activities and all processes on the system portal.
Working closely and cooperation with the Broadcast Operations Department.
Operating the transmission mixer (Quartz-QMC Master control) and controlling the (IBIS Landscape) media transmission list.
Work with( CG VIZ PILOT ) control all CG graphic on air:

AL MAJD SATELLITE BROADCASTING FZ LLC, DUBAI MEDIA CITY
FROM SEPTEMBER 2007 TO PRESENT
I work with Al Majd TV Network for more than 5 years. I act as a vital link in the Playout Center (NOC/MCR) and am involved in all stages of the channels management and transmission process. I am responsible for day-to-day ingest to transmission according to Al Majd standards and in-line with the approved workflows and procedures, follow up the automation SMS system, linear montage (VTR to VTR) and handle the responsibilities of the library in case of need. I worked with MCR switcher and CG Deko 500.
I operate the following devices: Meranda Mixer, Grass Valey Transmission Server, Avid Airspeed Tapeless System, Sony DVCAM, Sony BETACAM, Panasonic DVC-PRO, Profesional DVD Recorder, Automation Grass Valley Server K2, Grass Valley Summit K2 Server, Harris nxos Server, Panasonic Audio/Video Mixer on air and live shows and the Router Multi-switch to choose the feeds on television programs.
Moreover, I prepare the operational and technical daily reports and avail them in the Playout center log book. In addition, I work in close co-operation with the Broadcast Operations Manager, Engineering Department, IT Support and Maintenance.
In addition, I am responsible for train the new employees on the system, update the technical logs of the channel and co-operate with the Engineering Department and CA Department.
TRANSMISSION OPERATOR
PALESTINE SATELLITE CHANNEL, GAZA
FROM MARCH 2005 TO MAY 2007
I worked with Palestine Satellite Channel for more than 2 years. I was responsible for recording media from different satellite channels and news agencies, adjusting the receiving plate position and entering codes and programming decoders and sending reservation requests to various agencies and channels in order to receive media from camera man and reporters in different locations and do all the necessary work related to receive and record the media properly.
I worked in the air transmission and production studio on many equipments such as: audio mixers, video mixers, auto cue, character generator, DVE (Digital Video Effect), info caster and video cameras.
