Created a Framework of Organizational Performance Excellence where we combined two frameworks we have built (TQM & Per. Measurements Frameworks) focusing on:
• Translating the businesses needs and requirements into Strategic & operational objectives.
• A governance structure of implementing the framework.
• Enabling people reporting and analytics by integrating IT platforms & systems after documenting & governing all operational processes, ensuring data quality, and automation.
• Adopting a performance culture by working on the employees’ values & attitudes and manipulating policies to influence behaviors &, hence, the org. culture.
Responsible of building, monitoring, and reviewing Long-term and Short-term Incentives’ objectives of the organization leaders based on Strategic direction, Businesses’ needs & requirements, Best practices & trends, and areas of improvement in the organization.
Rolled-out awareness sessions throughout the Kingdome sites as part of our strategy on creating a performance culture within the organization.
Created a sensitivity tool to predict the future volume and costs of HR Services. Based on the output, recommendation of staff rotation or reduction, service marketing, or priorities changes were given to top management, and they are followed-up until implemented.
Worked as Quality & Performance consultant for the roll-out of our Process Governance initiative where procedures, RACI, and Performance measurements were part of it.
Annual Business Planning:
Responsible for Annual Budgeting, for more than 150 cost centers, and for Workforce planning of around 700 employees globally.
Responsible of Service Volume Planning for the services provided by HR to its customers by aligning & meeting with its customers to understand their needs and conducting historical & seasonality analysis to predict the annual SV.
Acted as a governor for all of the new business cases to ensure the alignment with the company guidelines and the organization priorities.
Cost Performance Review:
Responsible of controlling organizational expenses where monthly reports were raised to Management with recommended actions to maintain the cost within permissible variances.
Conducted an awareness campaign to implant a cost consciousness and compliance cultures amongst the staff.
Developed & implemented a framework on Cost Performance Reviews where the process cost controlling and reporting were unified and coherent globally.
Responsible of capturing the and reporting all accruals to Finance & then monitor those amounts and ensure their reversal on time.
Project Management:
Created & applied a PMO process, following the PMI standards, where projects are monitored, controlled, and realized through a systematic approach.
Worked as team member for many IT projects where I was responsible of the budget, quality, and change management of those projects.
Audits:
Created & applied a Self-Audit Framework where biasness is avoided, objectivity is met, and improvement are done.
Responsible of facilitating, communicating, and following-up on External & internal audits requirements & Observations
-Worked on price estimating and cost controlling.
-Mentored printing machines depreciation.
-Was the Procurement Committee's Accountant and its Secretary.
-Assisted and worked with the Cost Accounting Manager on the Ministry of Education books' tender.
It was a 36 credits program, and I finished all of them in one year, from the Fall of 2009 to the Fall of 2010. During my study, I have worked on many school projects and many real life cases individually or with a team.
