• Contribute to the development of messaging strategies to increase awareness of the” CSR” - Corporate Social Responsibility - projects prepared by the University.

C- Events Organizer - As per the following Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handling event’s documentations.
• Handling correspondences with customers, companies and embassies and follow up
• Handling invitations distribution (Hard and soft copies) for the event “GUC - Grand Opening of Centers of Excellence”
• Responsible for guiding the Ambassadors of Ethiopia and Guinea in GUC - Grand Opening of Centers of Excellence Event ”
• Organizing guest’s distribution and seating order for the following events
- German delegation - at “the Four seasons Hotel
- Laying Cornerstone for GIU “German International University” at Egypt New Administrative Capital
• Follow up event related arrangements with the other departments
• Creating and organizing contact lists using Excel sheets
• Editing, reviewing and uploading Event news and related videos coverage on Facebook and GUC’s website.

• German University in Cairo hosts the African Media Delegation Representing 23 African Countries The visit comes in line with the strategy of the German University in Cairo and its new international applied sister GIU AS - Jan, 2020
