Responsible for producing competitive prices through evaluation of instructions,
specifications, drawings, bill of quantities and discussions.
Calculated all subcontractor and indirect project costs.
Prepared technical proposals in collaboration with other relevant departments.
Ensured adherence to estimate via regular work site visits.
Prepared and submitted commercial and technical bid documents
Prepares the tender analysis sheet and presents it to the manager.

Monitors and stores the costs to improve the accuracy of future pricing.
Delegates the inquiries to other estimators.
Checks the estimates or worksheets made by other estimators.

in order to ensure accurate and reliable readings.
Schedule and conduct the inspection and tests in coordination with the discipline engineers as per ITPs.
Continuous review of all Logs, covering Inspection Request, Material Inspection Request, MS
Site supervision, technical support, coordination with main contractor, sub contractors,
Suppliers, TNEB, attending construction meetings and technical meetings
Preparation of detailed Estimation as well as costing.
Any cost variations as per the project scope.
