The work involved debt collection, responding to customers queries, reconciling customers’ accounts. Through this job I have improved my customer service skills and learned how to interact with different customers.
My role involved writing articles, blogs and reports. I gained relevant skills such as excellent writing, communication and reporting skills.
My role involved preparing and issuing loans and evaluating clients' financial information. I learned how to interact with clients and offer them excellent customer service.
I participated both in physical and virtual learning in units subjects such as economics, business, finance, mathematics, agriculture, customer relations and others. Also, did research projects, team assignments and business plans which has a great impact in improving my understanding of the business and economy in general.
