-Manages the full operation of HR and Administration Department.
-Selection of Manpower: pre-selection and screening during interview.
--Manages Visa Processing, employment, service, tourist, residence, family and visa to different countries for business trip purpose.
-Preparing documents for incoming and outgoing employees.
-Manages Payroll from computation till reporting.
-Manages Compensation and Benefits Entitlement.
-Established and implement a company policies.
-Supervising the drivers and Delivery.
-Monitor the logistics department like Accommodation, transportation, vehicles, office and kitchen supplies, warehousing, medical-workmen compensation-property all risk insurance from application till CLAIM
-Dealing directly to any government agencies for legalities like labour and immigration office, RAKIA OFFICE for company licenses like trade license, economic and chamber of commerce Industry and CIVIL DEFENCE for fire and safety protection system.
-Supervise Export and Import Shipment including documentation like invoice, packing list, cerificate of origin, bill of lading and insurance.
-Handling ticket and hotel booking from manager lever till labourer.
-Assisting the Accounting Manager amd handling petty cash, cheque payment, payables and receivables.
-Handling office supplies and the maintenance of the warehouse.
-Coordinates with GINOX SA - Switzerland Main Office.
-Performs secretarial job to the General Manager.
