1. Acting Team Leader by guiding the staff when necessary, taking corrective actions, responsible for shifts schedule, training new staff.
2. Liaising with the Department Manager to resolve client’s issue
3. Attended International preapproval cases (Direct Billing & Cash Reimbursement basis).
4. Coordinate with doctor on duty for medical cases of insured members which requires prior approval
5. Prepares and submit monthly, quarterly & annual Call Center Stats Reports as requested by Manager
6. Monitors post discharge summary of the clients.
7. Prepares letter of guarantee, ex gratia, case validation as requested by Manager.
8. Constantly communicates with the Provider for other clients concern.
9. Processed online preapprovals (general, pharmacy, maternity, dental & optical)
10. Answers customer concern promptly and give accurate information regarding their policy coverage and policy exclusions.
11. Attends mobile application (real time chat, voice messages, and complaints).
12. Coordinate with TPA for International medical cases
13. Responding to telephone, email and written correspondence
