- Conducting safety inspections/audits, occupational health surveys, surveillance and field auditing for compliance carrying out internal audits and conducting an analysis of accidents and incidents.
- Devising and implementing safety systems & procedures to minimize occupational hazards, pollution prevention & protection of production Environment.
- Monitoring correct implementation of Permit to Work System & Assist with the implementation of Job Safety Analysis and inspect job site activities during particularly difficult or hazardous work situations

- Monitoring correct implementation of Permit to Work System & Assist with the implementation of Job Safety Analysis and inspecting job site activities during particularly difficult or hazardous work situations.
- Monitor and control all HSE matters related with project team members and contractors in ensuring that the Project is in compliance with the project requirement i.e. specification, safety code and other policies/guidelines related to the project.
- Responsible for the health, safety/environment/security & emergency throughout the project duration to achieve safe project completion.
- Ensure that Project is executed in compliance with HSE Management Plan, HSE Management Procedure, Environmental Management Procedure, Potential Risk Register, Potential Risk Mitigation Plan, HSE Audit Plan/Procedure and any other HSE related documents.
- Enforce and audit activities to ensure it meets OSHAD/ADNOC criteria and HSE guideline. Prepare and manage required documents for related internal/external audit, and process it
- Conduct safety meetings, site safety audit/inspection on daily basis. Reported to relevant authorizes in case of incident or accident.
- Develop all the required documentation, operational checks and reports for the HSE Management System including corrective and preventive measures
- Discussion with client, contractor, and inspection agency on issues related to Safety & solving problem and taking decision & Remedial action.
- Monitor and update the HSE risks register and ensure all mitigation plans are strictly adhere to throughout the project execution.
- Participate in HSE Risk Assessment and hold relevant meeting, workshop internally and with related 3rd parties
Inspects the site to ensure it is a hazard-free environment.
- Monitoring the safety of all workers and works to protect them from entering hazardous situations.
- Participating in continuing education to update knowledge of health and safety protocols and techniques.
- Reviewing and reporting on the staff's compliance with health and safety rules and recommending commendations or dismissal based on performance
- Trains and carries out drills and exercises on how to manage emergency situations
