environments in MEEZA Data Centre, Doha - Qatar.
Configuring, Monitoring, and Troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Server and SQL
Server.
Installation, Configuration, and Administration of Active Directory, Group Policies,
DNS, and VLAN under various LAN and WAN environments.
Configuring, Monitoring, and Troubleshooting NAS storage devices.
Configuring and Monitoring failover clusters.
Responsible for maintaining Document Management software.
Responsible for Designing and maintaining company websites and Email servers.
Responsible for Maintaining Warehouse Inventory Management applications and
CCTV Security systems.

Storage Devices: NAS.
Manage connection, configuration, and organization of Cisco equipment in the IT
architecture of the organization.
Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN features.
Installation, Configuration, and Administration of Active Directory, Group Policies,
DNS, and VLAN under various LAN and WAN environments.
Support and provide solutions for network failures, making recommendations for
possible fixes.
Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, authorized desktop
applications, hardware, and peripheral equipment.
Installation, Configuration, and Administration of Active Directory, Group Policies,
DNS, and VLAN under various LAN and WAN environments.
Coordinate and execute preventative maintenance and remedial repairs on computers,
laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Return defective equipment to maintenance inventory, document customer repairs,
and maintain and restock parts inventory to maintain spare parts levels.
Monitor, operate, manage, troubleshoot, and restore service to terminal service
clients, PCs, or notebooks with authorized access to the network.
Responsible for Designing and maintaining company websites & Emails.
