Overall responsible for carrying out activities related to Production Planning.
Ensuring dispatch as per JIT & ensure all customer schedule v/s supply 100%
Developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal suppliers and customers for ensuring that required inputs are available on time. Inter acting with customers.
To plan and prepare Monthly and Daily production activities.
Co-coordinating with Marketing, Production, PED, Quality, HR & Maintenance departments.
Monitoring the execution of work in different stages.
Review of inventory & avoid excess inventory (WIP).
Identifying of reserved/non moving parts once in a quarter at FGS.
Preparing the Production plan & submit the same to purchase dept to release orders.
Scheduling the machines in the lines & ensure sub-assemblies, components to arrive on time for assembly by continuously follow up with purchase dept.,
Ensuring the system stock v/s physical stock & it should be Zero.
Responding to customer queries.
Ensuring delivery rating 100 %.( For both regular as well as for Spare parts).
Ensuring premium fright must be Zero.
Ensuring FGS inventory within 8% of the total turnover.
Ensuring "NO" line stoppage alert.
Analysis for equipment break down/ product NC / Zero quality issues
Prioritizing activities associated with elimination of waste in all areas.
Achieving the Schedules both external and internal.

Responsible for manufacturing Operations including 5S, EHS and Outsourced activities
Ensured adherence to Kaizen & 5S thereby acquiring continuous improvement in productivity.
Closely interacting with Other Departments for Product/Process improvement, Cost reduction and new product release.
Optimizing production operations to meet quality and performance standards.
Developing and updating standard operating procedures and best practices for production operations.
Managing Man and Machines.
Planning and calculation of production technologies and production processes in order to fulfill customer requirements concerning quality and costs.
Identifying and reporting operational and maintenance problems to prevent production delays.
Addressing product related inquiries and questions from customers in accurate and timely manner.
Ensure that all equipment, materials and supplies are readily and continuously available to carry out production processes.
Managing performance review, appraisals, and promotions for employees.
Preparation of Project plans for internal as well as for customer.
Realization of zero defect target, delivery targets concerning quantity and delivery date, customer satisfaction as first goal! Compliance of target costs (according to work plan/calculation).
Preparation of APQP, Control plan and FMEA documents.
Co-ordination with all concerned departments with weekly meetings.
Analysis of each Process in detail, preparation of SPC’s Cp, Cpk studies.
Validation of each process,
In time submission of PPAP documents & regular updating of CpCpk studies.
Ensuring that Safety rules are followed and ensuring safety consciousness and discipline among employees. Safety training should be conducted on continuous basis with records.
Updating the progress in project for customer as well as for German colleagues.
Technical support for customers in collaboration with sales department.
Overseeing production as per Process / Process improvements for achieving zero defects.
Preparing action plans for progress, analyzing defects, Control Plan.
