1. Developing scientific/medical knowledge and providing medical support to business and internal stakeholders by analyzing medical gaps and providing missing medical information for improved outcomes and benefits of patients. 2. Collaborating closely and cross functionally with other departments in Middle East Region to fulfill strategic needs (Sales, Marketing, Training, commercial, market access etc.). 3. Building and developing strong and long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and medical societies and building a medical education strategy through sponsorships to congresses and other medical educational events.
4. Developing and implementing pre-launch medical activities, strategies and plans for the newly developed products. 5. Medical Review and Validation of Material and Communication by ensuring high standards of medical and scientific accuracy in all external communications to medical audience and general public. 6. Responsible person for medical information: Answering medical requests of doctors in the field of hypertension throughout the ME region. 7. Planning and implementing clinical research projects and protocols: including global and local phase Ill and IV studies and investigator-initiated studies, managing their publication if needed and ensuring consistency of publications with clinical data and publication strategy. 8. Ensuring patients' Communication, Awareness and Education by providing material and implementing local and global educational programs focusing on disease awareness and patient adherence. 9. Member of the task force of the Cardiometabolic Patient Journey for UAE and KSA: Communicating with agency for the selection of local experts, preparing questions/survey as well as the questionnaire for HCPs and Patients' interview. 10. Organizing and acting as speaker in Medical sessions in hospital meetings to provide update on relevant scientific evidence.
