-Responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management,

-Designed and implemented creative and innovative recruitment procedures to enhance recruitment process and expedite recruitment backlogs.
-Review and enhance Job Description for newly created positions, restricted positions, and vacant positions across the organization in coordination with the various Division Heads based on operational needs.

Procedures and advise management relevant to daily operations.
-Provide recommendations on the HR Policies and Procedures for management reference and decision.
-Address any issues relevant to employment categories for each vacant position.
