Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of CS team by providing appropriate and updated trainings. Facilitate coordination and communication between the networks.
•Ensure KPI target is being achieved by monitoring each staff performances.
•Deal extensively with our customers resolving extreme clearance issues, whilst effectively communicating and coordinating with the team members.
•Liaise with customs officials on specific duties payable and problematic shipments.
•Quickly and effectively solve customer challenges.
•Prepare declarations as required and take responsibility for the lodgments of declarations with the authorities.
•Resolve specific disputes or provide advice on technical issues with customers.
Receiving and processing teller transactions accurately and timely.
•Maintains adequate cash and/or cash drawer limits as required by company policy.
•Provides accurate reports.
•Check and verifies everyday’s money changing rates.
•Promoting company's other products and services.
•Files important documents such daily reports, voucher, cash transfer slips, & etc.
