Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare the schedule of the worker per project.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receiving of work request through telephone
1. Writing the extension number of the caller.
2. Taking the complaints or problems.
3. Asking the location: department, door number, building and the floor.
4. Getting the name of the requestor.
• Preparing Operational Work Order and encoding the complete data.
• Filing the work order copy per department and printing the report for reference.
• Encoding the finished work order (technician's name, employee #, start/finish date,
start/finish time.
• Filing the complete operational work orders per department.
• Responsible for some decision making during B shift (3pm to 12mn) assignment.
Storekeeper
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the receiving and issuing of purchased items.
• Encoding and filing of all receipts per department.
• Preparing of purchased monthly reports per department.
• Conducting monthly inventory in all materials per department.
• Distribute actual stocks on hand report per department.
