• Making sure that the staff is well trained and equip with right equipment for their respective jobs.
• Doing rotas, recording staff holidays and sick, paternal leaves.
• Dealing with issues raise within the team.
• Weekly meetings with senior managements.
• Making sure the staff fallow the standards and values of the brand
