In my role as an Assistant Merchandiser at H&M, Womenswear Division. I've had the incredible opportunity to immerse myself in the fast-paced world of fashion retail, actively contributing to the growth and success of one of the industry's foremost brands.

Collaborating closely with seasoned professionals has provided me invaluable insights into the realm of merchandising. Their mentorship has been essential in sculpting my comprehension of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and inventory management strategies.

By analyzing demand patterns and sales performance, I've taken on a crucial role in optimizing stock allocation across various product lines. This strategic approach has effectively minimized stockouts, streamlined excess inventory, and enhanced overall customer satisfaction. Moreover, I've collaborated closely with visual merchandisers on campaign strategies and SWOT analyses. This collaborative effort ensures that our campaigns resonate with our target audience while effectively leveraging our strengths and addressing potential challenges.

Receiving inquiries, and contracts, and completing orders of the concerned department.
-Preparation of quotations and tender arrangement
-Continuously monitor stock levels following up with the store team
-Preparation of stock orders & communication with the concerned supplier
-Communication with the shipping forwarders and shipment arranging
-Shipment follow-up until port arrival, and following-up with customs clearance agents
-Following up with the store to arrange customer deliveries as per the delivery schedule
-Following up with the invoicing team to arrange invoices
-Preparing reports for all submitted tenders

• Facilitate communication between production, sales, and distribution stages

• Ensure all products are properly prepared and packed prior the shipping.

• Responsible for ensuring that all shipping requests are processed.

• Dealt with different platforms for international shipment like DHL, Aramex

• Handle domestic and international operation order management and build relations with customers.

• Performed inventory cycle counts and communicate part shortages and overages to the inventory control manager.

• Received and enter document data into the database and audited invoices of incoming material from outside vendors.
