Responsible for providing courteous and efficient food and beverage service to the guest.
To present menu, take order, suggest and recommend appropriately.
To attend and respond to guest need promptly and professionally.
To present bills to diners, collect payment and give to the cashier, return change or
Credit card to diners.
To perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping,
Cleaning glasses, furniture & fitting. Laying of tables and up -keeping of rest room etc.
Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Attend the customers; supply them food and drinks as per their demand.
Prepare and decorate the table for a meal, receive customer’s orders and meet it
with a great seriousness.
Clean up before, after and during the servings.
Apprise the customers with available variety of foods presenting a menu.
Remove the dishes from the table and clean the tables and chairs.
Record guest’s charges (Cash, Room post, Credit Card and AR Post) on a point of sale computer cash register using
TRAC
