Taking off Quantities to start by enabling and Earthworks such as Site Works,
Demolition (if any), Excavations, Shoring, Dewatering, Anti-Termite and Etc.
* Structural such as Foundation / Raft, Columns, Shear walls, Core walls, Grade
Slab or Slabs Beams or Tie Beams and etc., from Substructure to
Superstructures
* Finishes such as Block works, Plasterworks, Thermal and Moisture Protection,
Internal & External (Building/Villa) Finishes, Aluminum & Glazing, Fixtures and
Fittings, External Works (within Plot Limit) and Provisional Sum including
Wooden Doors & Wood Works.
* Preparing Quantity Analysis parallel to Contractors Offer - Quantity and
Tender Recommendation with reference to both Take-off Quantities and Tender
Offers
* Responsible in preparing Bills and Scheduled of Quantities for materials, labor and services required in the construction.
* Site inspection to monitor the progress of the project.
* Prepare tender and contract documents including bills and quantities with the client.
* Review and summarized any variances between the actual and estimated materials used. Tolerable wastage of materials must not exceed to the required percent of the management.
* Recommend to the management the appropriate measure to control the materials to be used without sacrificing the required standards and most of all the quality of the project.
* Make sure that the construction and production are managed as efficiently as possible.
* Eliminate causes of time waste to keep the project on time.
* Keep the project within the budget.
* Keep cost on track from the start to the end of the project.
