KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
• Handled the third party mailbox solely for over a year with the support of internal assistance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managing and attending to third party requests for information
• Ensuring that all applicable legal documentation is submitted and the required consent is obtained before the
request is approved.
• Ensure that all requests are dealt with in accordance with all applicable regulation and that the business does
not divulge information that it is not duly authorised to or that is not required by regulation.
• Analysing requests to make sure that requested information is sent to the requester timeously.
• Identify issues with documents submitted - make sure documents comply with relevant Acts, policies.
• Analyse accounts and or documents for any errors, illegalities or unethical practices.
• Making third party cash payment arrangements.
• Maintaining quality and compliance as per SOPs and SLA.
• Assisting with any other tasks as may be requested in order to promote the effectiveness of the Compliance
Division.
