I established HSE department and followed up for executing of regulations related to external stakeholders.
The main duties I have been assigned to:
- Preparing and training of Environmental, Health and safety Policy and make sure of commitment of organization
- Identification of external and internal issues related to expectation of employees and other stakeholders like regulation bodies which can affect the company goals.
- Controlling environmental metrics
- Environmental monitoring and measurement by outsourcing to qualified companies, monitoring and reviewing sampling, calibration of equipment and related reports
- Determining environmental objectives and key performance indicators, and annually reviewing the performance
- Reviewing the contractual and legal requirement, and preparing related check lists
- Environmental, health and safety management planning, preparing the operational control forms and preparing monthly reports.
- Monitoring environmental aspects during design of new warehouses, reducing consumption of energy, designing of drinking water supply, designing waste water treatment sanitary package.
- Set indicators for water consumption and monitoring waste management
- Preparing environmental, health and safety emergency response plan and implementing the maneuver according to schedule.

- Coordination with client representatives, third-party inspectors, vendors and sub-contractors.
-Working with project teams and supervised quality control experts in all projects.
