Accomplishments:
• Joined the organization as Medical Representative -North Lebanon, moved on upward career trajectories, to merit promotion to the position of Sales Supervisor for Lebanon and subsequently as Country Manager - Lebanon and currently handling position as Regional Manager -Levant.

• Establishing future growth objectives by preparing accurate 3-5 year forecasts; generating new business and developing relationships for retention of existing clients and high renewal rates within the existing products portfolio.
• Organizing in team building and sales training events and workshops to expand skill set and to promote synergy and cooperation between all personnel.
• Making several trips to each assigned sales territory each year to direct, train and motivate sales teams; additionally Iraq market sales, registration and forecast, balancing ICS & TCS sales.
• Preparing annual/monthly sales and volume forecasts and participating in the determination of market potential for the preparation of regional sales budgets.
