I am working in central cash office as (CCO) Supervisor, some of my duties are:
• Check all POS are functional, clean and arranged appropriately.
• Ensure the adequate allocation of cashier at the cash counter.
• Ensure the availability of trolley boys and their supervisor at the frontline area for support.
• Control and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the CCO office.
• Ensure the attitude and behavior of the cashiers is in line with the customer service requirements including absence, break time and duration, and cashier commitment.
• Control and supervise the training process for new joiners in the CCO department.
• Ensure the quick response in case of emergencies by attending to the cashier requirements such as refunds, wrong price and items not found.
• Ensure the quick responsiveness to increasing queues and crowded customers at the cash counters.
• Ensure all cashiers tenders will be handed over directly to the main safe officer (Hand to Hand).
• Monitor the opening, closing and administration procedure of the cash lines.
• Ensure the availability of change (notes & coins) for the cashiers in order to ensure efficiency.
