• Prepares department reports and evaluation reports, Filling Documents in accordance with company Filling Matrix
• Upkeep and recordings of all the documents of the department
• Preparing Purchase Requisition and ERFA
• E-Leave Secretary (Frontier) for staff who does not have access.
• Assists the Department of all job related duties and responsibilities including HR/staff matters
• Arranging Transportation of staff in and out of the plant and any other matters

• Handling Invoices from Supplier to Requestor for certified corrected as per requestor and send to Finance Dept.
• In charge of Biometric System; encoding of shift roster for every Dept.
• Maintain calendar, schedule appointments and meeting rooms
