• Assist Contractors/Clients in initial stage regarding design requirements as per activities and during the entire approval process, list of required documents and drawings.
• Management of each retail design submittals. Day to day management of the retail unit design reviews and internal approvals.
• Understand the required space allocation for each activity and manage submission process, as per DM/DCD requirements.
• MEP Design Reviews and Approvals in line with approved Base build / Landlord DMCC design parameters.
• Conduct pre-handover site review ensuring all demise areas have been constructed in line with the issued Lease Outline Drawings (LOD's)
• Conduct inspection & sign off for the works carried out on behalf of the tenant.
• Ensure contractors/clients to obtain all required NOC, COC prior to starting fit-out work on site.
• Manage documents/as built drawings submissions and proceed for completion formalities with authorities.
• Pre-opening defects inspection and reporting. Pre-open for trade site inspection and sign off prior to opening.
• Ensure works to comply with the approved contract specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of the work schedule programme, site specific health and safety plans and risk assessments and manage all works in accordance with these.
• Supervision and witnessing of the installation works and system testing and commissioning including the preparation of the following reports:
Material Inspection Report
Work Inspection Report
Progress Monitoring Chart
Material Status and Delivery Schedules
• Support Head of Projects in the delivery of schemes on programme and to Budget.
• Ensure requirements of the Health and Safety at work act are met with regards to all employees
• Establish Good working relationship with Designers, Clients, Consultants, Contractors and all other parties with interest in the scheme.
• Ensure all documentation is in place and updated during each phase of the project and the value of any proposed solution is maximized.
• Establish communication procedures, including the appropriate chain of command for all communications for Projects and set up an appropriate tracking system for necessary approvals.
• Prepares Detailed Project Schedule (MS Project) and periodically update CPM Schedules.
• Establish meeting procedures and timetables
• Negotiate and prepare agreements for successful execution of work including bid packages and contract documents
• Review and understand construction documents and cost estimates.
• Oversee construction/installation activities; including coordination of engineers and contractors.
• Develop and prepare Request for Periodic Payment and Review of Subcontractor and Vendor Pay Requests for accuracy, etc.
• Assist management in risk identification as it applies to understanding and interpreting contract, liens, disputes and resolutions.
• Inspection of construction work for conformance with the contract requirements.
• Having working knowledge and ability to manage and enforce quality control and quality assurance from the beginning to the end of the project.
• Actively involved in all aspects of residential, commercial design and construction.
• Performed site and building supervision, schematic design, document drafting, code analysis, specifications determination, permitting, contract negotiations, and bidding.
• Improved operations by developing and implementing best practices and design strategies.

• Arranges necessary permits for Fit out from mall management and building authorities
• Coordinate with Client for detailed information of the Project
• Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project ensuring that the progress is on time, client specification and requirements are met, execution is as per approved drawings and reviewing the progress.
• Conducts site safety inspection and ensuring the Fit out works is in HSE compliance and assessing and minimizing risk.
• Review Bill of Quantities and ensures that changes or additional works are subject for variations for cost and time.
• Establish, report and follow up all on non-conformance activities
• Enforce the relevant safety rules at site and make sure personal protective equipment is worn as and where required by the staff under their responsibility.
• Attend coordination meetings organized by clients and consultants.
• Conduct daily site briefing with site team leaders to follow up and report on the work progress to anticípate any posible delays with regards to planned tasks.
• Take immediate corrective action to avoid any commulative effect of such deviation and recover the delay to finish the task in due time.
• Assisting the construction manager in teh supervisión and management of construction activities to assigned project.
• Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done y all subcontractors.
• Evaluate and resolve any discrepancias and problems arising during construction which affect the quality of Works performed.
• Provide technical support to other site team members.
• Tracking of manpower, material and equipment requirements of the subcontractor and sees to it that the quantity is enough to meet the target schedule.
