Design Solutions Studio - is a multi-faceted company providing design, supply & project management
of small to large high end residential design projects.
This role encapsulates my skills on a more senior level with the ability work independently developing
all stages of design & documentation required from concept to completion, collaborating closely with
external consultants & liaising with client throughout the entire design process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead projects from inception to execution:
• I independently translate briefs into detailed and accurate construction
documentations, ensuring seamless integration between design intent and technical
feasibility.
• Facilitate projects from concept to completion providing a holistic approach
• Develop client leads, successfully delivering the design and budget needs of the client to
result in a large client base
• 3d Renderings of concepts designs for client presentation
• Compile detailed specification, scope of works and quote for client presentation for projects
of all sizes
• Detailed design documentation of floor plans, elevations, electrical layouts, reflected ceiling
plans & joinery detailing.
• Interpret & develop client briefs into functional & aesthetically designed spaces empathetic to
the client’s needs.
• Extensive product knowledge to assist in the selection of fixtures, fittings & material use in
design projects keeping within budget.
• Liaise with builders & suppliers, developing detailed specifications and notes to acquire
accurate quotes.
Key Skills and Achievements:
• Holistic Project Management: Orchestrated 30+ client projects from concept to completion,
ensuring design integrity and clients satisfaction.
Notable Projects:
• Leura Multi-Town Townhouses: Managed a new build on a sub-division with a budget of $1.6
million.
• Kingsgrove: Led the design of multi-unit new builds on a subdivision totalling $1.2 million.
