. IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications and operating systems as: Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012, MS Exchange and Office 365.
. Troubleshoot and Fix Microsoft product, MS office, Windows OS 7, 8 and 10.
. Cloud platform management and support, Os33 and azure platform.
. Monitor the remote monitoring and management system alerts and notifications and respond accordingly through service tickets.
. Provide network users with technical support and communicates changes effecting the operation of the information systems.
. Communication with clients as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.
. Provide formal/informal training for client/colleagues if required.
. Multiple projects for on-boarding new clients with what fit with their needs.
. Multiple projects to move clients over different platforms such as moving from on-primes servers to cloud and Exchange services from different platforms to office 365.
. Computer and phone maintenance hardware / software.

. Sell computer and phone parts and accessories.
. Responsible for selling items for the company in the selling area.
. Prepare management (daily, weekly, monthly reports).
. Reporting directly to the manager and supervising the items in selling area.
