Plant and Machinery Valuations
Compiling an Asset Register and assigning a monitory value to the following Ashghal assets:
• 8 Major Sewerage Treatment Plants for entire DOHA each with average capacity of 250, 000m3 per day
• About 20 Packaged Sewage Treatment Plants of average capacity of 1, 000 m3 per day
• About 200 Sewage and Ground Water Pumping Station of average capacity of
• Foul Sewer Pipe Network
• Treated Sewer Effluent Pipe Network
• Surface and Ground Water Pipe Network
Establishing and documenting a system of updating asset register details, Replacement Cost Values and Fair Values for good asset management, insurance and financial reporting.
Establishing Depreciation Schedules for use with Asset Management Long Term Financial Planning and Whole of Life Cycle Costing
Help the client estimate asset renewal intervention levels and maintain the desired level of services of the assets
Training Client Staff on Asset Register Data Collection, Condition Grading, Valuation Techniques and Good Asset Management Principles.
Overseeing all the Plant and Machinery Valuations work and manages all projects from start to finish.
Valuations of Plant and Machinery Assets for; - Insurance, Sale and Purchase, Tax Purposes, Financial Reporting, Lending, Matrimonial Disputes Settlements, Asset Transfers between Companies, Liquidations, Cost Allocations etc
Business Development and client contact
Preparing proposals to existing and new clients,
Liaise with vendors to assist them with appraisals for their equipment at auctions
Help clients with the right methods of disposing their surplus and idle assets.
