Modeling landscape for villas Modeling administrative buildings, grain storage silos, and packaging facilities for a grain company.
I managed a team of Engineers (mechanics, electricity, HVAC) designing BIM-based projects and their LOD (up to 350).
Design & Modeling of several types of buildings: Exterior & Interior Design in KSA, Qatar, Egypt, Morocco, Sudan, Ethiopia and Senegal.
I offered Autodesk training tailored to architects and civil engineers alreay on the job market.
I designed 3 levels: beginner, intermediate and advanced.
Duration of each training (30 hours).
I Supervised students' projects in the following courses/years:
- Elements of Design, 2nd and 3rd yrs
- Executive Drawings, 4th yr
- Architectural Design, 5th yr
-Veterinary Institute Project.
Designed and Supervised the implementation of external and internal finishings.
I prepared Architectural studies for several projects contracted within tenders: (a daycare center - an elementary school - a commercial building, and offices).
Prepared the architectural study (for the administration building of a scaffolding company in Hama - a commercial residential building - a residential villa).
Did the Interior design for the entrance of the Scaffolding company, Hama
I was freelancing in architectural design, public sites design, parks landscape, and Interior Design.
Calculated the quantities for contracted projects (residential buildings, Hama), (chalets, Tartous), (a communication center, Homs).
Prepared the architectural study for several other projects (a villa - a hospital - a supermarket - a dental laboratory).
Did the Interior design and supervised its implementation
-Housing Units at Al-Baath University project
Supervised the implementation of the general site.
-Renovation study of the company Administrative Center in Hama
Technical Specs, Quotation analysis, Estimation cost of the tender, and supervised the implementation of the works.
Completed the organizational plan for the Eastern Region of Homs, 220 hectares.
Prepared a comprehensive environmental study for the status of industrial facilities in the Governorate of Hama, outside the boundaries of urban plans (in coordination with the Ministry of Local Administration and Environment).
-Center for Sanitation Workers project
Supervised the implementation of the structure and external finishing works.
-Water Authority administrative building Project
-Al-Baath Suburb Project
Designed and Supervised the implementation of the structure and external finishings for the Water Authority administrative building and calculation of the quantities for the completed work.
