• Point of contact for all service trainings
• Communicate training programs and updates to all distributors, dealers and Internal Staffs
• Support guests training needs (i.e. visa arrangement, flight schedules, hotel bookings, transportation and arrangements to access the training center).
• Liaise with designated catering provider for food and beverage requirements.
• Facilitate reproduction of required training materials, notes and hand-outs to ensure that trainees receive complete training literature.
• Arrange and provide certificates and giveaways to all attendees.
• Manage the training center in terms of cleanliness, availability of supplies, and ensure preparedness for training.
• Summarize record and report results of training including all costs related to training (Training Invoices).
• Manage and update the attendee database and monthly training results.
• Act as point of contact to the training center related needs to properly support and welcome guests.
• Facilitate training schedule creation, catalogue printing and distribution.
• Monitor and Report Training Center Equipment Maintenance Requirements, to ensure facilities are well maintained.
• Have excellent control be fully responsible on the overall quality of Training Experience of each attendee in terms of the Hotel arrangements, gate passes, visas, transportation and communication.
• Supervise all members of the team and improve its efficiency on a continuous basis
• Motivate subordinates and build a positive team spirit within the team and the company.
• Train all Training Coordinators within the team in the areas of communication and marketing with clear instructions and guide team members in simple words.
• Recommend other trainings that are necessary for all the team, especially those which are not capable to deliver to the Training and Development Supervisor.
• Monitor and report the performance of Course Coordinators within the team and work on improving their efficiency.
• Work closely with all Course Coordinators in marketing their courses and help them on a continuous basis.
• Control the time, cost, equipment and other related resources being utilized by each team member.
• Monitor and report the compliance of each team member with checklist, work instructions and company rules, procedures and regulations.
• Train new team members and refresh the memory of old members regarding the Job Descriptions, Checklists, Filing Compliance Systems, Company rules, regulations and procedures.
• Check files of each team member and ensure that all files (soft and hard) are maintained in a professional manner.
• Verify and spot check correspondences (faxes, e-mails and telephone calls) of each team members on a regular basis to ensure their effectivity.
• Hold daily meetings with team members to discuss report status of courses and other issues that require immediate attention.
• Report to superiors any enquiry, request, recommendation or feedback received from customers.
• Report all registrations received for each course to immediate superiors and communicate all registrations for “GO” courses to the Accounts Department.
• Train each team member with “GO” course thoroughly and help them achieve a successful course.
• Monitor the attendance of course that can help improve training participants and prepare absence report forms as necessary
• Check thoroughly and ensure the completeness of the “End of Course File” before passing it on the Operations Manager.
• Recommend to superiors suggestions that can help improve work and efficiency of the company; and report problems or elements which may affect the performance of work.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, especially the Training Departments of target companies.
• Respect, adhere and follow company rules, policies and procedures.
• Maintain company confidentiality, discipline, dress code, good housekeeping and proper use of equipment and tools.
• Adapt positively to changing circumstances and revise work plans accordingly.
• Communicate important or urgent issues directly to the General Manager.
• Perform other work related tasks that may be assigned by immediate superiors.
