• Reporting to the Group Retail Operations Manager.
• Deal or assisting the company clients through phone or email.
• Undertake general clerical routine works and maintains applicable paperwork and records.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments (maintain Office calendar).
• Monitoring of Equipment Project Schedule of all LULU Hypermarket projects.
• Communication and coordination with the company Suppliers on the requested quotation and status of the orders.
• Ensures an organized, communicated and safe system of work with the different departments.
• Monitoring the arrival of the Equipments upon the requirements.
• Preparing Daily Sales and Monthly Reports of all Stores and Hypermarkets across in all Regions through SAP, Bus. Interface and Bus. Analyzer system.
• Reservation and Booking for overseas Travel Plan request by the Operation Managers.
• Preparing Monthly reimbursement of the Group Retail Operations Manager.
