Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about the company’s shipping services and to handle complaints regarding vessel delays and bookings. Calling and assisting current customers with their shipment to the designated vessel, port of location and destination. Following up Cargo manifest and do documentation of the cargo to be send to the vessel master and to the port of destination. Keeping customers updated with the vessel schedules and any sudden changes with the vessel arrival. Updating bookings in the company system with all the containers loaded in the designated vessel. Prepare and circulate the arrival and departure report of the vessel from the port of arrival to destination.
Office girl/ receptionist
Serving coffee, tea and other beverages to the managers and client. Maintain the cleanliness of the office. Do paper work like filing in HR dept., answering and forwarding phone calls to the concern person, encoding documents, sending and receiving outgoing and incoming courier, do inventory for stationary and pantry supplies and purchasing pantry supply. Manages the overall appearance, cleanliness and orderliness of the entire premises.
Worked in a plastic molding company in Japan. Responsible of all production machines assigned, in charge of a strict quality control of the finished products. Does basic repair of machine troubles and controls the flow out of rejects and no good merchandise.
Assist caregivers in over all work such as feeding and ensuring that medicines are given on time. Do rotational shift in bathing and cleaning the patient and its personal stuff. Insuring the safety of the in house residents and be able to cater their needs and over all wellbeing at all times. Making sure that everything is in order and safety of the in house residents. Giving and providing recreational activities and giving warm feeling to residents so they won’t feel abandon and alone.
Assigned in maintaining the order of products in store, filling the shelves with products, build displays in stores, clean product area and report inventory. Responsible in stock rotation to assure the dates of production and expiry. Insure product shelves presentation to attract buyers.
Maintain and keep the facility spic and span throughout the day. Clean rooms, lounges, lobbies, bathrooms and hallways. Ascertain that all cleaning equipment and supplies are readily available at all times. Take stock of linen, discard old linen and ensure that sufficient towels, bed sheets, bed covers and pillows are available.
