Prepare monthly interim payment for the client
•Prepare variation or change orders as per changes in the design and scope of works.
•Prepare payment certificate for subcontractor and suppliers.
•Prepare progress reports, monthly dashboards, budgetary and actual cost report.
•Update interim payments log, payment certificate logs for all the projects.
•Prepare cost and income report for every project and for the whole department
•Prepare material request and quantity take off
•Prepare letter, report and correspondence to client.
•Preparing tender including quantity take off, and preparation of bills of quantities.
•Coordinates with site personnel about their accomplishments and material requirements.

• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, planning and site accomplishments) and report regularly on project status.

• reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of client billing
processes, etc
