Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Planning & Execution of work as per design & drawing.
2) Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly reports on work progress.
3) Maintaining Quality standard of the work.
4) Calculation of Quantities of material as per drawing.
5) Attending the client meeting regarding the status of work.
6) Supervision of the working laborer to ensure strict conformance
to methods, quality & safety.
7) Performing field test on check the Quality of, material & work.
8) Preparation of Rough Estimates from Drawing & specification of
of the work.
9) Explain the work and study of assembly drawings to the new comers.
10) Ensuring site safety.
11) Liaising with clients, subcontractor & other professional staff.
12) Ordering & Negotiating the Price of materials.
13) Undertaking surveys such as leveling, layout.
14) Conducting feasibility studies to estimate material, time &
Laborers costs.
15) Taking care of Organization reputation
