Key Responsibilities
1) Strategic Management
• Participate in developing and implementing strategies for business development, financial management and new product development.

4) Procurement Operations
• Getting goods and services for the best prices and value.
• Cutting any waste and unnecessary costs to create streamlined process and fast production.
• Understanding and keeping up with new trends and regulation in the business.
• Understanding new technology that may affect the cost of operation.
• Building master importing plan for fast moving items to ensure that operation would not be affected.
• Visiting suppliers as one key to build approved suppliers

5) Process & Manufacturing Operations
• Developing project and operational plans aligned to business objectives. Implementing plans to ensure business technical and customer requirements are achieved.
• Optimize Product quality, production efficiency and production rates.
• Ensure highest possible Uptime of machines, to maximize productivity.
• Organize the allocation of jobs to different machines for capacity optimization
• Participate in all decisions regarding new design criteria, technical specifications and operating methods related to the plant.
• Preparing the plant operating budget and cost control system.
• Conduct regular meetings to discuss work progress, schedules, problems, interferences, priorities.
Ensure identification of root cause for the identified non conformances/ deviations and to implement corrective actions/Preventive actions.
