• Corelate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects,

• Review and approve the project schedule for all subcontractors if any,
• Adhering to and adapting the implementation methodologies supplied
by different vendors,

• Supervising project team members, delegating suitable assignments and
assisting them in achieving the target,
• Defining job rotation plans and shift schedules if any,
• Managing client relationships at all levels,
• Oversee project executing,
• Providing weekly, monthly, and yearly reports on the project
status/progress to the client and upper management as required,

Infrastructure cabling, availability and necessary building modifications,
