• Coordinates and facilitates the Chairman’s calendar to arrange overseas and local appointments, meetings, and conferences
• Plans and arrange fundraising activities to raise funds for the organization
• Responsible for arranging meetings for Board of Trustees and Annual General Meetings
• Draft minutes of the meetings and circulate them to the Trustees
• Attend visitors and update them on the projects of the Foundation
• Maintain filing and correspondence systems, reply the queries at the spot by email.
• Maintain database of the donors and supporters.
• Write down the projects reports which are submitted to the donors.
• Assist the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer of the Foundation in all office correspondence
• Arrange travel arrangements and logistics for Chairman internationally and locally
• Designing and publishing of Souvenirs, brochures and Annual Reports.
• Responsible for office administration, maintenance and cleanliness of the office
• Perform other official duties including accounts as and when required and assigned by the Management of the Foundation
• Perform secretarial support activities to assist administrators and executives in drafting letters, responding to queries independently to emails etc.
