- Perform complete analysis and evaluation of SME proposals, provide detailed financial analysis, carry out feasibility studies, risk and return, break-even analysis profitability and capital structure determinants.
- Ensure that Credit Policies and Regulations are implemented.

- Ensure that customer credit files are up to date at all times.
- Recognize early warning signals of unsatisfactory account conduct, and assist collection of past due loans by contacting customers and follow up on late payments.
- Participate as directed in monitoring and reporting competitor's activities and strategies.
- Take personal responsibility to provide assistance in customer related issues.
- Maintain a close working relationship with the clients.
- Adhere and comply with applicable ADCB's internal policies and procedures as well as governing regulations issued by concerned authorities.
- Cooperate and facilitate work of internal audit and risk management to address gaps, and respond to audit reports within agreed deadlines.
- Monitor money-laundering activities, and coordinate remedial actions with management.
