I am a Senior Mistress and my job is to upgrade the teaching standard of the school, train the staff with new and innovative teaching strategies, built a strong rapport with students parents and my staff. I believe that working under a relax and friendly atmosphere helps us to give our best, therefore i follow the same rule.
Another important aspect of my job is to train and update my staff with new and innovate teaching strategies, for which i keep surfing, studying and later on give workshops and training train my faculty to adopt new strategies to keep pace with the changing world.
